Tina was AMAZING!! Very honest also, one of the vehicles I was looking at, when I started it up and it had a weird sound that didn't go away. She said, that don't sound good and it isn't going away. I cannot thank Samuel and his manager, Rodney, enough for their incredible service! After being without a car for three weeks and needing a vehicle urgently, I let Samuel know my situation, and he went above and beyond to help me. I provided him with all my information, expecting to hear back the next day. However, around 6 pm, after business hours, Samuel asked if I could come back to the office. When I couldn’t, he offered to pick me up from my house and worked with me until we finished the process at 8:30 pm. Even with it being so late in the evening, both Samuel and Rodney were incredibly patient, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I also really enjoyed the conversations and the laughs we shared along the way! Thank you both so much for going the extra mile. Highly recommend!
